New Harbor Town Landing

Fishing is a vital industry in Bristol. While not exactly a park, the Bristol Town Landing provides important harbor access. Located on Southside Road, it's a place where lobstermen (and women) can quickly get their boats out of the water for quick or emergency repairs. During the winter months, it's used as a storage space for floats.

But just because this is a landing for those who work the water, it is also a favorite place for kayakers to put in and explore (just be mindful of the fishermen around you, both on land, and in the water.

Hanna Landing

At the end of Cozy Cottage Road, you'll find Hanna landing. This mixed-use park fronts on Pemaquid Harbor and provides deep water access for working fishermen and pleasure boaters alike. There's a 40-foot dock with three attached floats (enough to accomodate up to 15 dingies). For convenience, you'll find a trash receptacle and a portable toilet.

Pemaquid Falls Park

Pemaquid Falls Park is located near the intersection of Route 130 and the Harrington Road in Pemaquid. Our newest property, the park sits on a finger of land at the point where the Pemaquid River empties into Pemaquid Harbor. Visitors come for the views of the waterfall and to enjoy a quiet picnic area. In June, it’s a favorite place to watch migrating Alewives struggle against the current, as they make their way upriver to spawn.
